A Hawaii Super PAC is facing a complaint that it failed to report spending more than $86,000 on fliers in the 2012 elections. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports that the Campaign Spending Commission's Executive Director Kristin Izumi-Nitao filed the complaint against Pacific Resource Partnership Political Action Committee.

Dead fish peppered the shore near dock 900 at Keehi Boat Harbor after tons of molasses flowed from a pipeline leak. The U.S. Attorney in Hawaii filed charges against Matson in federal court Tuesday morning for last year's molasses spill in Honolulu Harbor.

The Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant was flooded with 20 million gallons of wastewater following a 5,000 gallon wastewater spill from the facility into Honolulu Harbor caused by heavy rains from Hurricane Ana over the weekend. KITV reports eight clarifier tanks at the treatment plant are offline because of the sewage overflow, which caused the electricity to be shut off.
